No panels. No sales pitches. No hidden agendas. Just an intentionally curated room and the space for conversations to happen naturally.
WHERE PULSE BEGAN
PULSE grew out of decades spent building relationships across healthcare. Through their work with Frontera Search Partners, Jillian Major and Ches Williams connected with leaders across the industry and saw firsthand the value of those relationships.
They also saw a gap. There were plenty of opportunities to network, but few spaces where leaders could connect as peers in an environment built around trust rather than transactions. Together, Jillian and Ches founded PULSE to bring those relationships together and encourage conversations across different areas of healthcare.
What began in Dallas has since expanded to Austin and Nashville, while staying true to the same idea: create an environment where people can broaden their circles, exchange perspectives, and build relationships that extend beyond a single event.
